SHIPPING

LLOYD ships worldwide. Orders within Canada will ship with Canada Post or UPS. Cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout. International orders ship solely via Canada Post with rates calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to duty and custom fees. LLOYD is not responsible for these charges. By submitting your order, you agree to pay any applicable fees.

Please make sure to include your full and correct shipping address, including unit or apartment number. In the event of unsuccessful delivery to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for the reshipment of your order.

PAYMENTS

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars. Payments can be made using PayPal or credit card and are processed through Shopify Payments.

ORDER PROCESSING

You will get an email confirmation once your payment has been received, and another email with your tracking number when your order has been packed. Please allow three to five working days for the activation of your tracking number.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Once an order has been confirmed, it is automatically processed and cannot be modified or canceled. In cases of incorrect or defective garments, please reach out to us at hello@lloydclothing.com.
